Shipping policy

We use Australia Post to ship items within Australia and international. In some cases a customer can request DHL express international delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you with a confirmation of shipping. We ship goods three times a week. Please use your tracking number for an estimated time of arrival. If you have not received your item yet please contact Australia Post with your tracking number, and email us at info@koigirl.com.au.
